Loyola Medicine in Maywood is seeking registered nurses for the radiology specialty. You will join a team providing comprehensive care across imaging procedures, including CT, MRI, and fluoroscopy, with pre- and post-procedure assessments and sedation recovery.

Responsibilities include patient education on procedures and risks, anxiety management, and strong interdisciplinary communication. Schedule: 5x8s with weekends/holidays rotation at Loyola University Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN)
• BLS Provider certification
• Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for imaging procedures including pre/post-procedure assessment
• Educate patients on procedures, risks, and consent
• Manage anxiety and communicate with interdisciplinary team
• Monitor vitals, hemodynamics, and patient status during procedures
