Job summary

Radin Health is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead deployments of our RIS/PACS platform across imaging centers and teleradiology practices. You will manage the implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live, configuring workflows, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in radiology IT or healthcare software implementation, with hands-on experience in RIS/PACS, DICOM, and HL7.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of radiology IT or healthcare software implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of radiology workflows, RIS/PACS, DICOM, and HL7.
• Experience working with clinical users such as radiologists and technologists.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute client implementations for Radin's RIS/PACS platform.
• Coordinate milestones, timelines, and onboarding activities across product, engineering, QA, and support.
• Lead client meetings and provide status updates.
• Configure radiology workflows, radiologist worklists, and reporting templates.
