Northside Hospital is a leading healthcare provider in Georgia, seeking a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) to independently plan and deliver professional nursing care per physician orders and established guidelines. The role requires GA RN licensure, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and BLS certification.

Two years of RN experience is required, with preferred candidates possibly holding a BSN or additional life-support credentials.

Competenze

• Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
• Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

Mansioni

The Registered Professional Nurse at Northside Hospital independently plans and provides professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines, and in accordance with the scope of practice as defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES, LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:

1. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
2. Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
3. Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
4. Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED:

1. BSN degree
2. Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
3. Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
