Job summary

Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, PA, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks a part-time Radiology Receptionist/ File Clerk to support clerical operations in the Radiology Department. You will answer phones, greet patients, prepare outpatient requisitions, and assist with records and PACS workflows.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of receptionist experience, familiarity with radiology terminology, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in receptionist work preferred.
• Knowledge of terminology of Radiology tests preferred.
• Starting April 2014, all new hires will require a High School diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and greet patients in the Radiology Department.
• Prepare requisitions for outpatients and file patient reports.
• Retrieve patient records for physicians and medical staff.
• Support PACS operations and run errands throughout the facility.
