Experience

Requirements

Additional Details

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience

Experience in all X-ray procedures and in surgery running C-arms is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
• Community hospital experience is preferred.

Required Credentials

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests

• RTO must be listed at time of submission.
• Previous permanent employees of any Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel position.

Unit Details

• Neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.
• 17-20 exams per night.
• Will be working with another person after 11pm.
• Bulk of work is in house and ER, mostly portables.

Shift & Scheduling

• On-call is voluntary and appreciated but not required.
• No weekend coverage.

Details

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
