Shift: 5:00 PM - 6:15 AM

Experience

• 10 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
  
  

Requirements

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee.

ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any)

Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.

Would consider 13 weeks but preference would be 16 weeks.

Is on-call required? Yes WED 1700-0615 2-4 days/month

Are weekends required? Yes Sa/Su 1500-2330

Are block schedules required? Yes

What are expected ratios? 1:1

Special requirements: Schedule is Th/F 1100-2330 and Sa/Su 1500-2330 ( 40 hours / week ). Technologist must be comfortable performing portable x-rays, routine x-ray exams in the department, operating c-arm x-ray equipment in surgery and assisting as needed in fluoroscopy which is performed in a limited capacity on these shifts.

Patient Diagnoses: Routine radiology exams, routine fluoroscopy exams performed both in the imaging department and in surgery, portable x-ray and c-arm use.

Return Staff Policy - 3 months between perm and travel.

Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility. Travelers’ refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.*

5 days maximum time off
