• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements

• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Shift & Scheduling

Monday-Friday. Must work 2 major holidays out of the 3: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. You should be expected to work 1 minor holiday out of these 3: Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve. No call.

Floating Requirements

Float to Braselton and multiple locations.
