Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience:Must have been continuously working in this specialty for the past 24 months, with no breaks in employment over 30 consecutive days.

Shift & Scheduling:Scheduled days: S/S/M.No call.You should be expected to work 1 minor holiday out of these 3: Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve.Must work 2 major holidays out of the 3: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
