Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff in a fast-paced radiology clinic seeks a Radiation Therapist for a 13-week assignment. You will work Monday–Friday, dayshift, handling ~35 treatment visits daily with a focus on adult oncology patients.

Must have ARRT, licensure, BLS, at least 1 year experience in acute care/outpatient, proficiency in CBCT, IMRT, wedges, and knowledge of stereotactic radiosurgery. Varian equipment and CT simulator experience preferred.

Description:This position is for a Clienttion Therapist in a fast-paced clinic handling approximately 35 treatment visits per day.The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with no weekends or on-call duties.The patient demographic includes adults and geriatrics diagnosed with cancer.The clinic is equipped with one treatment machine and one CT simulator.The position provides access to support from IV teams, pharmacy, and social services.Candidates are expected to have experience with various cancer types and related treatments, as well as equipment such as Varian technologies.Preferred experience includes working in a teaching hospital and familiarity with simulation and tumor localization.Candidates must possess skills in patient care, charting, and use of rapid response teams.A dress code of wine/burgundy scrubs is required, which is not provided.This role involves working with cancer patients and requires a compassionate and professional approach.
