Job summary

UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a Quality, Compliance & Accreditation Coordinator to monitor Joint Commission standards across Radiology and coordinate accreditation programs (ACR, MQSA). You will lead quality improvement efforts and collaborate with clinical teams to advance patient safety and care quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of radiology/imaging experience, radiology licensure, and is a full-time exempt position with competitive hourly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical radiology/imaging experience.
• Licensure/certification in at least one radiology modality required.
• Additional 3 years of progressively more experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards across Radiology.
• Coordinate accreditation processes (ACR, MQSA, etc.).
• Investigate Be Safe reports and lead opportunities for improvement.
• Provide leadership to quality improvement teams and clinical operations.
