Job summary

UAB Medicine is seeking a Quality Coordinator to oversee quality initiatives across nine Radiology locations. The role focuses on coordinating quality audits, monitoring performance metrics and trend trackers, and driving improvements in patient safety, compliance, and workflow efficiency.

The coordinator serves as a resource for staff and leadership to ensure imaging services meet regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or currently enrolled in a degree program with at least five years progressively responsible experience in Radiology.
• Must be credentialed by ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS.
• Must maintain CPR certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or obtained within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality audits across nine Radiology locations.
