Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is seeking a Director/Medical Imaging Services to oversee administrative, QA, and regulatory functions for Radiology. You will lead the imaging team, coordinate inspections, and ensure dosimetry control across TMH’s facilities.

Strong leadership and experience in radiologic services are key. Minimum education includes an Associate degree in radiologic technology, with a preferred Bachelor’s in healthcare administration or related field and at least 1 year of

• Associate degree in radiologic technology (or RH may accept a related bachelor’s in lieu).
• Minimum: 1 year of job-related experience.
• No certification/license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees administrative, informational, QA, and regulatory compliance for Medical Imaging Services.
• Leads and role models for Radiology employees.
• Coordinates inspections of x-ray equipment; ensures timely inspection reports and follow-ups.
• Controls radiation dosimeter badges across the organization.
• Exhibits leadership with TMH directors, managers, technologists and support staff.
