Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) is seeking a qualified candidate to oversee Radiology IT systems, including PACS and RIS. The role involves management responsibilities within the Radiology Department and collaboration with Clinical Services across TMH’s IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum required education: B.S. in computer science with a Radiology background or 5 years experience working with RIS and PACS.
• Minimum: 3 years of combined experience in Radiology, Radiology Management, System Analysis, or implementation.

Responsibilities

• Perform or oversee PACS and Radiology Information System duties including troubleshooting, documentation, maintenance, and data analysis.
• Act as an active member of the Radiology Management Team and provide continuing education and orientation for staff on PACS and RIS.
• Represent the Department of Radiology and Clinical Services regarding PACS and other IT systems across TMH.
• Assist in establishing and monitoring information reports provided by PACS and RIS; maintain development user groups and monitor software corrections.
• Plan, coordinate and manage system implementations, upgrades and changes.
