• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience is in project management for construction projects.
• Masters degree or professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, CHC, LEED AP, RA, PE may flex requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities, minor renovations, capital projects, equipment and furniture procurement, access management, and space planning.
• Collaborate with leadership, staff, facilities, contractors, and service providers to ensure projects meet scope, budget and timelines.
• Identify risks, coordinate stakeholders, monitor progress and deliverables, and resolve issues to complete projects aligned with priorities.
