Qualifications

• 1+ years of insurance verification experience required.
• Understanding of the Revenue Cycle and its impact on Pre-registration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure authorizations for patient procedures are obtained before appointment.
• Inform patients of procedure instructions and collect payments.
• Document important information related to verification and collections.

Skills

Strong communications and organizational skills

Knowledge of CPT/ICD9/ICD10 codes
