Job summary

University Radiology, the largest provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services in NJ, is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist for our Freehold, NJ Imaging Office. The role includes greeting patients, entering demographics, and coordinating payments in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Experience at medical front desk
• Proficient computer literacy and familiarity with patient data systems
• Knowledge of pre-certification processes and requirements
• Excellent communication and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients

• Validate appointment against the prescription
• Collect payments according to payment policies
