Job summary
Radiology Partners in Miami, FL is seeking a seasoned operations leader to drive day-to-day management and strategic growth of the local radiology practice. You will partner with physicians and business development to expand the market and improve service delivery.
You will oversee budgets, capacity planning, quality programs, onboarding, credentialing, and technology implementations while maintaining exceptional physician relationships and high service standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred (MBA/MHA).
- 5+ years in management, healthcare administration, or radiology.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and physician relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations and strategic growth of the local radiology practice.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, Credentialing, Legal, RCM, scheduling and other teams.
- Oversee onboarding, licensing, credentialing, billing compliance and tech implementation.
- Build strong relationships with physician clients and radiologists while maintaining high service standards.
- Partner with physicians and business development to expand the market.
