HealthPartners is seeking a Radiology Patient Care Assistant to support our radiology team and help ensure compassionate patient care and smooth imaging services.

You will assist technologists with basic patient care and receptionist duties, work Monday through Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and contribute to a positive patient and family experience.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment
• Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.
• Proven proficiency in the operation of the following: Telephone, Fax Machine, Basic computer/keyboard skills, Film Processor, Film Duplication Equipment, Film Flasher, and Copy Machine.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Technologist in the performance of basic patient care and general receptionist duties to ensure efficient radiology imaging examinations and services.
• Works independently on routine assignments.
• Applies basic judgment in applying appropriate, established procedures.
