Job summary

Park Nicollet Radiology is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support patients before, during, and after radiology exams. You will work closely with technologists and radiologists, assisting with exam prep, comfort, and safety while maintaining professional communication and care standards.

This role includes clerical support within the department and collaboration with the radiology team to ensure efficient imaging services. CPR/BLS certification is required after joining the team.

Qualifications

• CPR (BLS) certification required after onboarding.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of office duties and equipment.
• Understanding age-related growth and development to provide safe patient care.
• Proficiency with telephone, fax, basic computer/keyboard, Epic, PACS and copier.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with exam preparation and post-care.
• Coordinate with radiology team to ensure smooth transitions in care.
• Perform general clerical tasks to support imaging exams.
