Job summary

Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center in Salida, CO is seeking a Radiology PACS Coordinator to manage the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and ensure imaging data is accurate, secure, and accessible to clinical teams. This on-site role requires a focus on system reliability and radiology workflow support.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s degree in a medical or tech field, with one year of imaging/PACS experience and preferred ARRT certification.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required in a medical or technology related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in imaging and/or PACS duties such as build, test, support, implementation, upgrade management, troubleshooting and documentation.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) to ensure imaging information is available, accurate, secure and accessible to clinical teams.
• Support radiology services to run efficiently and maintain system integrity.

Requirements
