Job summary

Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center in Salida, Colorado is seeking a PRN Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech) to join our Imaging team. This role offers a flexible PRN schedule and a compensating 8% pay differential for PRN shifts.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate high level of detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic radiographic imaging per orders.
• Ensure patient safety and image quality.
• Maintain equipment and comply with infection control and safety standards.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must demonstrate high level of detail orientation.
• Must be current on state-of-the-art office technology, including entire Microsoft Office Suite, and other office technologies.
• Solid ability to handle highly confidential, sensitive information. Position requires a high level of professionalism, tact, discretion, and integrity.
• Must have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities; demonstrate resourcefulness and good problem-solving skills

Education And/Or Experience

Experience in the OR and with Pain Management preferred.

Must have graduated from an approved ARRT program; and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification (or eligibility).
• Current Colorado radiologic technologist licensure (or ability to obtain).
• Strong technical skills with a patient-first attitude.
• Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team.
