The manager will oversee staff and workflows, manage budgets, support accreditation activities, and drive quality improvements. Collaboration with physicians and leadership will be essential to deliver coordinated, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and operational management skills in an imaging/radiology setting.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and radiation safety practices.
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives and accreditation preparation.

• Financial and resource management capabilities, including budget and equipment oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee radiology staff, scheduling, and imaging workflow to optimize patient throughput.
