Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or completed within 5 years of hire.
• ARRT CT certification preferred/on hire.
• Experience managing a radiology department.
• Ability to work the specified hours and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate radiology department services.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with off-site radiologist and physicians.
• Prepare department annual budget and monitor costs.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA, CMS and related standards.
