Job summary

The University of Michigan is seeking a Radiology Supervisor to lead operations across Troy Medical Campus, Northville Health Center, Canton Health Center, and Livonia Center for Specialty Care. You will supervise Radiologic Technologists, Patient Care Technicians, and Clerical staff, coordinating with physicians and nursing leadership to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related health science or equivalent.
• 1+ years of progressive clinical experience required.
• Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
• Graduation from an AMA-approved radiologic technology program.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Off-site Radiology Manager to oversee operations across units and sites.
• Act as back-up to the Off-site Radiology Manager.
• Approve payroll and monitor attendance, including overtime.
• Monitor, document, and resolve operational issues affecting the site.
• Lead Joint Commission readiness activities.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling for technical and clerical staff.
