Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent required.
• JRCERT-accredited program and state licensure preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years as Radiologic Technologist with 3 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Radiology Department operations across all locations.
• Act as owner for organization and department areas of oversight.
• Maintain knowledge of radiology procedures and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards.
• Hire, counsel, and terminate staff under Director guidance; model accountability.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive efficiency improvements.
• Oversee budgetary parameters and payroll compliance.
• Provide ongoing training on new applications and processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote integrated patient care.
