Job summary

Middlesex Health in Connecticut is seeking a Radiology Coordinator to supervise and coordinate daily imaging operations within the Urgent Care modality. You will ensure high quality patient service, workflow efficiency and compliance with policies.

The role requires ARRT eligibility, JRCERT radiography education, and strong leadership to mentor staff, coordinate QA/QC, and collaborate with clinicians across sites.

Qualifications

• Requires graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiography program and ARRT certification/eligibility.
• Connecticut license or eligibility is required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise imaging operations and ensure quality control within Urgent Care imaging.
• Act as a liaison between Radiology and Urgent Care clinics to ensure up-to-date practices.
• Mentor staff and students, coaching and providing training as needed.
• Coordinate QA/QC checks and coordinate machine maintenance.
