Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY, seeks an Assistant Director of MAP & Gun Hill Radiology to oversee daily operations and staff across MAP and GH sites. You will manage staffing, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure high-quality patient care.

Reporting to the Administrator and collaborating with the Medical Director, you will drive service excellence, safety, and compliance with JC/ACR standards while advancing IT solutions and program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• NYS License in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT Certification in at least one modality.
• Five years of imaging service supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily MAP & GH radiology operations and staff.
• Monitor volume and revenue against budget.
• Report quality indicators to senior leadership.
• Partner on service excellence and patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with JC, ACR, NYS DOH guidelines.
• Develop staffing and lead Lean initiatives.
• Maintain safety, training, and licensing records.
