Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• NYS License in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT Certification in at least one modality.
• Minimum five years of imaging service supervisory experience.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of MAP and GH facilities, including staff.
• Monitor volume and revenue against budgeted targets with Finance.
• Report on quality indicators like wait times and dose reporting.
• Collaborate on patient experience improvements and staff training.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and ACR standards.
• Lead staffing planning to maintain high quality, patient-centric care.
