Responsibilities

• Assist in supervisory planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling activities.
• Oversee assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care on the unit.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards (JCAHO, CMS, IHI, CAP) through ongoing monitoring.
• Develop staffing schedules, budgets and quality metrics in collaboration with leadership.
• Mentor staff and maintain a safe, respectful environment for patients and team members.
