• Answers patient or significant others' calls, evaluates needs, and triages care.
• Anticipates and intervenes promptly for patient and staff safety concerns.
• Consistently meets work schedule and demonstrates professional communication.
• Coordinates health care services with hospital, vendors, physicians, and other institutions.
• Delegates appropriately and leads team to maintain a productive environment.
