Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Radiology MRI Technologist for a 26-week assignment. ARRT (MR) and BLS are required, with 2 years MRI experience. GE equipment and Meditech Expanse familiarity are highly preferred.

Work is on Days with two 16-hour shifts (Sat/Sun 7 AM – 11:30 PM). Must be within 50 miles of the facility and have own vehicle; on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• 2 years MRI experience
• Active ARRT (MR) certification
• BLS (AHA) certification required

Responsibilities

• Days shift; 16-hour blocks on Saturdays and Sundays
• Be available for weekend/evening coverage and on-call as needed
• Assist and coordinate with other MRI staff to ensure patient throughput

Description:Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.The ratio of patients per shift is approximately 9.Travelers will always work with another Tech Aide or another MRI Tech; they will never work solo.After midnight, the department is covered by call.May not take all holidays off.Must work two blocks if scheduled and needed for important holidays.Profile requirements include work history and a skills checklist for Magnetic Resonance Imaging current to 1 year.A supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment is required.Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association is also required.
