Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 13-week Radiology assignment. The position is a day shift (12 hours per shift) running from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with 1 year MRI experience in a hospital setting preferred.

The role requires ARRT MR credential or ARMRIT certification with current registration; AHA-BLS is also required. Graduate from an accredited radiologic technology or MRI program is mandatory.

Description:The MRI Technologist works under the limited direction of a radiologist.General supervision is provided by the administrative director.Direct supervision is provided by the manager of MRI/CT services.This role involves performing professional duties involved in obtaining the proper magnetic resonance images.The job duties include providing care activities in the presence of patients.Invasive biopsy procedures are not part of this position.Occasionally, the role requires internal contacts outside the workgroup to exchange work-related information.Contact with external parties involves providing or receiving factual information.Normal courtesy and tact are required when dealing with others.
