Formación

• Three or more years of clinical or supervisory radiology experience and knowledge of radiology equipment.
• Certification eligibility through ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB.
• Strong management, leadership, and staff training in radiologic technology.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire.

Job Summary

Demonstrates accountability for personnel and financial management to ensure quality patient outcomes across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.

Oversees daily operations 24/7, with responsibilities including staffing, equipment evaluation, service planning, and communication within the department to deliver efficient, accurate care.

Ensures quality through performance improvement activities and promotes ongoing staff education for continuous improvement and compliance with standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Requires three or more years of clinical or supervisory experience in radiology, with knowledge of radiology equipment.
• Proficiency in radiology concepts, principles, and techniques, with certification eligibility through ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB.
• Strong management skills, training, and licensure in radiologic technology are essential.
• Basic Life Support certification within 14 days of hire is required.
