Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Mammography Tech for a 13‑week travel assignment in Colorado. The role involves performing screening and diagnostic mammography, ultrasounds, and interventional breast procedures in a Breast Care Center with a team of 7–9 staff.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Mammography experience, active Colorado licensure, BLS, and ARRT (M).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current Mammography Tech experience required.
• Active Colorado licensure required.
• BLS and ARRT (M) certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography, diagnostic ultrasounds, and interventional breast procedures.
• Operate and coordinate with a Breast Care Center team of technologists and support staff.
• Manage patient workflow; typical patient load ~15 per technologist per day.

Description:This is a travel position for a Mammography Tech.The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.The unit consists of a Breast Care Center with a team of 7 to 9 staff members.There are typically 4 to 6 technologists working the day shift, along with front desk staff and an RN.Each technologist is estimated to manage 15 patients a day.The equipment used includes GE Pristina, GE Prodigy, GE Logiq 10, GE Logiq 9, Bard Enspire, and Mammotome.The electronic medical record system in use is Meditech.Common procedures performed include screening and diagnostic mammography, diagnostic ultrasounds, and interventional breast procedures.The ideal candidate will be a positive team player.There are no evening or weekend shifts.This opportunity offers a chance to work with new equipment and technology and alongside tenured staff.
