Job summary

College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) seeks an LMRT Program Director to lead the radiologic technology education program, develop and maintain core curriculum, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. The role includes supervising staff, advising students, and coordinating course plans and materials.

The LMRT PD will oversee student progress, attendance, and grade reporting, while ensuring alignment with federal, state, and institutional requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist with active license and 4+ years x-ray experience.
• Teaching experience a plus for program leadership and curriculum delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate instructional staff.
• Direct advisory committee activities for the program.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting standards.
• Monitor lesson plans and their posting.
• Review curriculum and materials with instructors and campus leadership.
• Oversee student progress, advising, and grade reporting.
• Assist with new program development and administrative tasks.
