Job summary

The College of Health Care Professions is seeking an Assistant LMRT Program Director to support the LMRT program leadership and daily operations. You will work with faculty to maintain academic quality, ensure compliance, and promote student success in classroom and blended learning environments.

Ideal candidates are passionate about healthcare education and student development, with strong communication and organizational skills to lead program initiatives and advising activities.

Qualifications

• Current LMRT or RT license required.
• Minimum of 3 years radiology-related work experience, teaching experience, or both.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Passion for education and student success.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the LMRT program.
• Assist with faculty supervision, evaluations, and training.
• Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with accreditation and academic standards.
• Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and engagement.
• Support blended learning instruction in online and face-to-face environments.
• Assist with reporting, compliance, and accreditation documentation.
• Collaborate with the externship coordinator regarding site development and student progress.
• Participate in student advising and orientation activities.
• Assist with scheduling, lesson plan review, and program initiatives.
• Provide classroom coverage and administrative support as needed.

Assistant LMRT Program Director

Position Overview

The Assistant LMRT Program Director supports the leadership and daily operations of the Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) program. This role works closely with the Program Director and instructional staff to maintain academic quality, support faculty development, ensure compliance, and promote student success in both classroom and blended learning environments.
