PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, WA seeks an experienced Radiology Supervisor to lead a team of ~45 caregivers, including technologists and students, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality imaging services. This leadership role emphasizes professional development, collaboration with physicians, and strong caregiver engagement.

The position is full-time days, with a focus on mentoring staff, maintaining imaging standards, and supporting a unionized environment

Qualificações

• AS in Radiology required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ARRT-R certification.
• Washington Radiologic Technologist licensure through DOH.
• Minimum 2 years related experience in radiology leadership/operations.
• Experience leading in a union environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ~45 radiology caregivers including technologists and students.
• Partner with Lead Technologists and physicians to support daily operations.
• Drive professional development and quality initiatives within the department.
• Lead Radiology services within a Level II Trauma Center.
• Mentor imaging students and support clinical education.
