Job summary

Emory Healthcare in Bonaire, GA is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform radiographs as ordered by the physician and assist with specimen collection and processing. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology or associate degree in Medical Technology; final semester considered with completion within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: None.
• Current ARRT registration or within 12 months of hire; MT certification (AMT/ASCP); BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Take radiographs as ordered by the physician.
• Obtain specimens and conduct specific laboratory tests.
• Report and record results to the physician/medical record; work as part of the clinical team under nurse/physician direction.
