ARMStaffing is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week contract in Winston-Salem, NC. The role involves performing interventional radiology procedures with emphasis on neuro and body interventions, and experience with Siemens and Philips x-ray equipment is required.

You will work a 5x8-hour schedule (08:00–16:30) with weekend and on-call coverage, and onboarding support from ARMStaffing including benefits and travel housing assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in interventional radiology
• Traveler experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• BLS and ARRT certification required; ARRT Advanced Certification preferred
• PACS experience required; McKesson experience preferred
• Knowledge of outpatient, OR, and ER settings advantageous

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures on adults
• Provide skilled support in neuro procedures, including stroke interventions
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols for all patients

Schedule

First shift, 5x8-hour schedule from 08:00 to 16:30, with potential for staggered start times. The role requires coverage on weekends and evenings/nights on a call rotation.

Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of interventional radiology procedures. The candidate must have expertise in neuro and body procedures, including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephograms, kyphoplasty, and biopsies, among others. Familiarity with Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of interventional radiology procedures on adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide skillful support in neuro procedures, including stroke interventions.
• Ensure all patients are treated in accordance with safety guidelines and protocols.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Utilize PACS and other software effectively for recording and managing patient data.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in interventional radiology.
• Traveler experience required; first‑time travelers will not be accepted.
• Certification: BLS and ARRT required; ARRT Advanced Certification preferred.
• PAC experience is necessary, McKesson experience preferred.
• Knowledge of outpatient, OR, and ER settings is advantageous.
