ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week contract in First Hill, WA. This role requires performing interventional procedures, imaging, and assisting physicians with patient care while maintaining safety and comfort.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT in Radiography, BLS, and Washington state licensure, with at least 1 year of related experience, and must be able to float to First Hill campus and cover call shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State license as Interventional Radiology Technologist.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Technologist is responsible for performing interventional procedures and assisting the physician in the delivery of patient care. The role requires expertise in advanced imaging techniques and procedures, along with the ability to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Perform Y-90 chemotherapy delivery and GI bleeds.
• Conduct vein sampling and cryoablations.
• Assist in procedures such as biopsies, stent placements, and endovascular interventions.
• Monitor patients during Phase 2 recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records using the EPIC system.
• Participate in floating to First Hill campus for regular shifts and call coverage.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and use of PPE.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• ARRT Certification in Radiography and BLS certification required.
• Current Washington State License as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Experience with a variety of imaging technologies and procedures, including access management and accurate monitoring.
