Qualifications

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Special Procedures Technologist with expertise in vascular interventional radiology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing and assisting with various vascular and interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. Knowledge of radiation safety protocols is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular interventional radiology procedures.
• Maintain a safe patient environment, following all safety protocols.
• Assist physicians during procedures, ensuring smooth operation and communication.
• Monitor patients pre, during, and post-procedure, providing necessary care.
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure proper functionality and safety.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have knowledge of vascular operating room procedures and equipment.
• Preferred experience of 1+ years in a similar role.
• Certification in BLS and ARRT (Radiography and Vascular Interventional) is required.
