Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Radiology Technology, Information Technology, Health Information Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Imports images into McKesson and processes image archival, outside consult, CD create requests and transfers.
• Uses image application to import images from outside CDs into PACS.
• Communicates with other facilities to obtain image reports/records and creates new patient image records.
• Merges outside images with existing patient accounts and maintains electronic records.
