Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, information technology, or related field required.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration or public health preferred, or seven years of relevant experience.

• Provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring professional growth, performance, and engagement.
• Develop and oversee standard work to meet KPI goals for team and system performance.
• Ensure adequate coverage and resource allocation to meet organizational needs.
• Coordinate with application teams to prioritize project requisitions related to workflow and system integrations.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants to evaluate and optimize software products and technologies, including PACS, RIS, Epic, and Powershare.
• Stay updated with industry trends to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Maintain a strong understanding of imaging systems, including PACS, RIS, Epic, and Powershare.
