Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiological and fluoroscopic exams using proper patient positioning, identification, and exposure techniques.
• Operate all imaging equipment proficiently.
• Set up and adjust immobilization and radiation protective devices.
• Assess patient body size and condition to tailor examinations.
• Assist physicians with various procedures.
• Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Participate in Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities.
• Contribute to the educational training of students.
