Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to deliver diagnostic imaging across CT, X-Ray, and surgical procedures at Ascension St. John Jenks. You will prioritize patient safety, expertly position patients, and adhere to radiation protection standards to support accurate diagnoses.

You'll collaborate with physicians during procedures, manage contrast media and equipment, and ensure precise data and images are submitted to PACS for rapid, informed clinical decisions.

Qualifications

• Must hold BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
• One of the following credentials: CCI Cardiographic Tech, ARRT Radiologic Technologist, or ARDMS Medical Sonography.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of cumulative experience or an associate/technical degree or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging across radiographic procedures to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
• Prioritize patient safety and comfort by positioning patients and applying radiation protection standards.
• Collaborate with physicians during clinical procedures, handling contrast media and specialized equipment.
• Validate and submit precise clinical data and images to PACS for rapid, informed decision-making.
