Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent radiology support experience preferred.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification required or eligible to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate PACS to transmit and print CDs of patient imaging studies.
• Assist patients in transfers to and from procedure surfaces.
• Prep patients for procedures and obtain necessary consents and questionnaires.
• Register/pre-register patients for procedures and exams; pre-log patients.
• Schedule patient exams and verify orders; answer calls professionally.
