Job summary

BradenHealth is seeking a Radiology Manager in Jellico, TN to lead the Medical Imaging Department under the Imaging Director. This role coordinates technical, administrative, and financial activities across all modalities, ensuring compliance with regulations and high-quality patient care.

The position demands leadership, staff supervision, and hands-on involvement in imaging workflows. Strong communication, safety adherence, and collaboration with providers are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates Degree or higher in Radiologic Technology.
• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiology Technology program.
• Current CPR or BLS certification within 60 days of employment.
• Minimum radiology experience in a hospital setting; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff in operation of imaging equipment (x-ray, CT, MRI).
• Evaluates image quality and accuracy for procedures and patient care.
• Provides technical guidance and demonstrations of new techniques to staff.
• Implements radiation safety measures and regulatory compliance.
• Develops and enforces policies for operations and staffing in Imaging.
• Assists in planning and procurement of imaging equipment.
• Acts as a working manager and participates in patient care as needed.
• Collaborates with local providers to meet service needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinates with other departments to provide required imaging services with good customer service.
