• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, and staff are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Process CDs and route electronic images for radiology records.
• Handle ROI requests in compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
• Support physicians, technologists and team members with imaging needs.
• Utilize RIS, PACS, and cloud-based systems to facilitate timely interpretation and dissemination of studies.
• Assist with directing patients, visitors, and hospital staff and perform clerical tasks as needed.
