Job summary

EGA Associates is seeking a licensed MRI Technologist for the VA New Jersey Health Care System in Toms River, NJ. The position is full-time, local, with a 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shift, Monday through Friday. A two-week facility familiarization is provided, and candidates must be proficient in MRI with ARRT MR certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience on the advanced modality or equivalent case volume.
• Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English fluently.
• Must clear VA credentialing/ privileging approvals before providing services.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in general radiologic technology (R) at minimum.

• Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English fluently.
• Must clear pre-assessment/on-site clinical skills evaluation and VA NJHCS Professional Standards Board, Medical Executive Board, and Medical Center Director credentialing/privileging approval before providing any services.
• New hires receive a two-week facility familiarization (protocols, SOPs, equipment) only - contractor techs are not trained by VA staff and must arrive fully proficient.
