Job summary

Jobologi, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Radiology Image Library Associate to support the Radiology Department and enhance the patient experience. You will work with patients, doctors, and staff and gain exposure to EHR and PACS systems.

The role involves triaging calls, processing imaging requests, and ensuring accurate documentation while supporting the imaging workflow in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills and accurate documentation.
• Ability to read and correctly pronounce medical terminology; strong phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients arriving for imaging procedures.
• Handle requests for imaging records and arrange pick-up or mail-out.
• Upload imaging studies from outside facilities and create orders in the EHR.
• Triage calls to the reading room and report critical results per SLA.
• Manage follow-up worklists and coordinate with providers for overdue exams.
